    Does anyone who's child goes to cubs know if there is ANYWHERE else I can buy the same colour sweatshirts from? DS2s starting in about 6 weeks, but the biggest cub size sweater is the one he has now for Beavers which won't last him long at all.....

    I buy the green ones from Sainsbugs for Miss A. Just bought her a new one (age 10) for £1 :D can check it out for you at the w/e if you still need one, am working tomorrow and Friday. Let me know and also have we got any dates for a get together?

    Still wide awake for some strange reason, so am going to start on the paperwork (that should bore me to sleep!)

    Was going to do the kitchen, but will do that once everyone gone tomorrow...

    See you all in a bit... Anyone want a cuppa?:coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee:

    I'm on wine thanks... and am remembering how boring I find writing thank you letters!
  • THANK YOU all.... again. I'm so choked. You lovely lovely flyladies. I'm sure it will make a difference, and obviously I'll keep you all posted. It's his Mummy's birthday today, poor girl, I don't think she's had much fun. :(

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Right, I'm changing my subject now, because it's very sad.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Have we been talking about poetry?? I HATED it all with a passion when I was at school. Fairly recently I went back to college to take my A'Level English Literature. (we'll sidestep why I didn't do it when I was 18 :rolleyes:
    )
    Anyway, I was dreading the poetry module. We started with Christina Rossetti. Initially I was groaning inwardly, but after the fist few lines I was transfixed by Goblin Market. It changed my whole view of poetry, and I feel [STRIKE]lucky[/STRIKE] I have had the god fortune to have had a whole area of literature opened up to me. :o

    Anyway.... Greenbee Thank you so much for the vouchers it's very, very kind of you, and I want you to know how much I appreciate them, and you for sending them. :A

    That's it for me folks. I'm curled up in a very warm bed. DH is fast asleep next to me, and my eyes are getting heavy.

    Thank you all again for your generosity of spirit - you lovley lovely flyladies.

    See you tomorrow.

    My assignment still isn't done... I don't know if I'll get it done in time or not. I'm too tired now to do anymore and I've hardly done any :o This isn't good. :o:o:o Night all

  • Only a quick update tonight - I've got very little done in the l/r today but hope to have a little catch up tomorrow. Sorted out all my 3 kids birthday parties venues and invitations tonight, really pleased about that.

    Will post an updated list tomorrow.

    (((hugs))) to all who need them.
