Have you checked Martin's savings calculator? Put 0.00 in as the current balance and then the monthly amount with the percentage amount.

I'm glad he won too! What a lovely chap, not to mention his sexy voice..magnificoooo!

Your impressed, I cannot quite believe how well i'm doing! Seems the more impossible the chalenge seems the better I do. Am aming for another NS NA (no spend no alcohol!) day today:j:A

Have worked out that we have managed to save £28,200 this year. I am amazed as its not like we are both earning footballers wages:rotfl:.

We will have more outgoings next year as we have put off doing things around the house for various reasons thins year.

In 2010 we [STRIKE]must[/STRIKE] should...(in order of importance)
    • Replace fascias and soffits
    • Replace garden fencing
    • Replace kitchen (its orginal green units - 1987 lovely!)
    • Perhaps look into converting all or part of the garage rather than doing extension. (although where we would put all the stuff that is currently in the garage I have no idea!)

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
