  • It's too hot for meeeee.

A money neutral day today, did a quick Mshop for £6 after work and promptly spent it in the pound shop on deodrant for hubby and two fruit nets to protect my strawberries from the birds.:D Also spent the majority of my boots advantage cards on some bite cream (well if i'm going to spend all this time in the garden I'm bound to get eaten alive!!) and some deodrant for me-at least it won't be sweaty in my house!:rotfl:

It was his normal Gillette stuff, but in the old packaging hence in the pound shop rather than £2.45 in the supermarket. My arm pits will only have the lovely 'dove stick' on them, and a squirt of nice smelly stuff:p

Theres a slug on my tomssssssssss ahhhhhh:mad::mad::mad:(its next door now:rolleyes:)

Just managed to pick up a couple of cash MShops for places I am already going so please with that, another £25 for the pot:j.

Got a curry job tomorrow, that will please hubby and give me heart burn!

Curry went down well with hubby, although the report has taken me much longer than anticipated as the stupid MShop website was running so slowly:mad:

Great new..Quidco money in the bank, £215 for me and £50 for hubby:j.
Final Mshop payment due into account tomorrow (has been paid their side, just takes a while to show in account) so thats another £48.50:j

I have managed to pick up quiet a few MShops over the last few days, looks like Monday is a going to be a busy day - wonder if I can beat my personal best of 12 jobs in one day? So far I have 4 eye jobs, 1 small supermarket, 2 catalogue shops, 1 telephone call, 1 music shop, 1 sandwich shop, (thats lunch sorted!) and 2 banks....if my adding up is correct thats equal to my personal best, although more in ££ (as long as I don't mess any of them up!):D:rolleyes:

I've got one job booked for tomorrow, three booked for Saturday as well a couple for next weekend, other than that nothing:p

I feel tired at the thought of all those already!

My toms are still not red but I have lots of small green round things hanging from the branches - is that what you call the thick bits on tomatoe plants??:o

(Sorry for stealing the piccys - but am very pleased with myself) For the last few months we have been putting all of our 'main job' wages into savings and living on MShopping, car boot sale and general selling of junk money!! We cannot keep this up but we are way ahead of our target so fingers crossed xx

    That is absolutely amazing

Think I better have a quiet Sunday and recharge my batteries ready.

Planted 9 late strawberry plants, covered with net in anticipation of growing fruit! Just waiting on the raspberries now.:D

Am settled in front of the computer and TV for a quiet evening with a nice bottle of ice cold Cava.:D

No, that would be greenfly :rotfl:

Seriously impressed with your MS tally, I have one phone job booked and that's it

  • All 3 Ms's done and written up, thats another £32 for the pot.:j

Finally persuaded FIL to compare his electricity and gas usage. Switched him to a new provider saving him £15 a month and hopefully £70 cash back - hes happy:A If only I could persuade father to change too, he thinks its too much hassle:mad:

I'm wishing for a quiet Sunday.
