Arggggghhhh...husbands!:mad:

I had a discussion with dearest hubby in the week; it went something like this:

Me: I've got a voucher for £5 off a £30 spend in Lidl
Him: Aww yeh like we would spend £30 in one go in Lidl
Me: I'm sure we would if we did our full shop there
Him: Nahhhh, we wouldn't


Today he comes home late from work, he's been to Lidls, spent £33...yep you've guessed it no voucher used:mad::mad:

Good job I've had a NSD and managed to pick up 4 £15 MS jobs for a week Monday.

I've been very domesticated today, hoovered right through and washed all downstairs floors, the dog is still in shock:rolleyes:

Tomorrow i'm doing nuffin as my neice would say:p

(Sorry for stealing the piccys - but am very pleased with myself) For the last few months we have been putting all of our 'main job' wages into savings and living on MShopping, car boot sale and general selling of junk money!! We cannot keep this up but we are way ahead of our target so fingers crossed xx

Made me laugh so much... mostly in sympathy and a bit of empathy too! Sounds like your hubby has the same male logic as my man.

Aww, have one for me too (or two)!

I have a mountain of ironing to do, I have been putting it off all week! Promised hubby a roast dinner tonight, that doesn't happen very often in our house I can tell you! :rolleyes: All that and the washing of floors and hoovering from Friday, all washing done and dried: I'm becoming a domestic godess, the pets think they are in the wrong house, goodness knows what hubby must think!:p
