I had an awful driving instructor for ten lessons, my brother recommended him so I thought he would be good, he wasn't very nice and would make really perverted comments...you think you would be safe with a 60 year old man but obviously not, I switched to a company where you get one free lesson to see if you like the instructor, he turned out to be great and was quick to start correcting me on the habits I had got into with the previous instructor. I found the new guy had a good way of teaching, probably wouldn't work for everyone but when I would make regular mistakes he would pull over and get a A4 sized white board out and draw what I did and what I should have done, this seemed to go in, it must have worked because I passed in no time and have been ok since.0
