I have read his story but it can't be my husband. because at the time and date of his post, my husband was home all day. And we do not have computer or internet acces at home that my husband may have made use of to write the post u r taliking about.

Tell me another...
You both post about the 2 year old and the baby due in August
You both post about his Bankruptcy
You both post about you 'opting out' of the mortgage (unusual terminology)
You both post within days of each other
You both post and write in a similar style (using 1 instead of 'one' when describing your child, misspelling separate, etc.).
You are 'both' newbies.
This is getting boring, IMHO you are both the same person just trying to stir up a reaction.
Yawn!! Get a life...:rolleyes:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I know!! Why don't you get him to tell you about his amazing get-rich-quick moneymaking scheme (like he posted on his thread originally)! :rotfl: :rotfl:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You say it is a Right to Buy flat. Was this a council flat you got and bought?
And now you want another one?
How much is the mortgage?
It still might be better for you to stay in your home, you have children. It's easier for a single person to find somewhere to live than a married person with a child and heavily pregnant.0 -
if he leaves, then he does not have further resouces to support and pay for the rent in the new place he will move out to.
H e will get nasty and bitter because for him the flat he is living in now means lot to him. He thinks why should he when has been the sole contributor for mortgage payments for last 5 years. His point is that the flat can provide for kids future out of proceeds when sold in future.
Mortgage of flat he tells me is £176k.
As for purchase of flat, I did not purchase it, he did and its all under his name.
Atleast if I moe it won't change the status quo in our family (if I can still call ours a family)0 -
sorry but if he causes you physical violence y are u worried about not making him worse off, you should think of your unborn child and 1 you already got and get the hell away into a refuge if your suffering domestic violencecharminrita wrote: »Simpywimpy

If he is nearly bankrupt then you dont need to worry about who leaves, you will both be out soon.0
