Halifax December Figures -2.2%

Now where are those pesky Nationwide figures
Are those the figures that the property rampers were using last month to say the crash was over and green shoots were appearing?
January is going to be a very bad month for house price news with 2 Nationwide and 2 Halifax figures.

Now if I do my maths right.....in money terms as I'm saving 600 quid a month at the moment from my pay.....add that to 900 quid a week drop in prices I'm actually saving each month ABOUT
£4200:D
I take it you are another 1 of these people that live rent free, £600 savings here irrelevant, but non the less a good saving this month;)0 -
I voted for 15% drop next year. On these last figures I think I will re-adjust to 20-25% drop, potentially even more.
Where are the graphs????30th June 2021 completely debt free…. Downsized, reduced working hours and living the dream.0 -

Currently....
Nationwide £158,442 (Nov 08)
Halifax £159,896 (Dec 08)
Looks like the 2 will soon have a parity and then become quite a useful measure;)
Are Nationwide going to report a similar -2.2% or something a bit lower to try and get the figures closer to a parity
Im sure they'll let us know in the next week or so.....0 -

I dont know if that's something to go shouting about, you have to come out into the big bad real world 1 day and boy are you in for a shock, you'll have to actually do things yourself without getting told;)
Some of these 1man wa*k tanks are really not nice places to be living in(You'll know that familiar expression being in the military)
