    Great news. Looks like we are well on track. For potential buyers waiting in the wings that's equivalent of a saving of £3k / month on the average house. Certainly makes up for the low return on variable rate savings accounts.

    Now if I do my maths right.....in money terms as I'm saving 600 quid a month at the moment from my pay.....add that to 900 quid a week drop in prices I'm actually saving each month ABOUT
