Hi Pixie1
Just wanted to say that I'm proud of you. My boyf doesn't know the extent of my debts either for reasons I won't go into so I really understand where you are.
Good luck with everything - I am a really good listener and considering training to become a life coach - so if you ever need anyone to talk to, please post or private mail me.
You are not alone

Hey
You are so brave writing down and dealing with your debts. You shouldn't feel ashamed - it's the creditors who should look at their ridiculous lending policies! It takes a very strong willed person to survive when credit cards are throwing huge limits at them left, right and centre.
With regards to your hubby, it is your business if and when you wish to tell him. When you feel less overwhelmed by it all, things may seem easier to discuss. My ex left me with over £8000 worth of debt and when my new partner and I got to the point in which we discussed finance and the future I was very nervous about telling him, but he's been great about it and happily lives a lower standard of life so that I can pay my debts whilst still contributing equally. So don't beat yourself up about it, confidence will allow you to manage the debt better.

I also need to sort someone ebay stuff out....I sold 10 things at the weekend but I hardly made anything as ive already sold my good stuff...Ive only got rubbish whoops i meant bargains left!
Keep smiling and thanks for been there for me, I couldnt do this without you all!:jDebt Free At Last!:j0 -
Hi pixie, you are doing so well so sound so much happier than when you pasted your original thread.
I love this site everyone is so nice, there is so much stigma attached to debt and you don't get that on here.
The thing that makes me laugh is the people who stick there nose's up when someone goe's and draws the last pound out of the bank probely be in debt too, doctors etc, most people will have debt they just don't see themselves in debtcc debt ( end dec 05) 6485
