Being very hi-tec I have a cereal packet with a hole cut in it. Does the trick. Dimensions of the hole are on the post office web site.

Hiya
Was gonna say there is a leaflet that they had, you could just glue it onto a bit of cardboard and cut the hole out and hey presto - but everyone else got there first. Ah well. Moo2moo you have the right idea, DIY wins every time!

Evening all!
Food diary first I think:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs on wholewheat toast
Lunch - pea and ham soup (Thankfully finished now) with roll
Dinner - home-made bolognaise with doughballs (Oops)
Pudding - fruit salad (Apple, banana and strawberry) with cream (Oops again)
Snacks - banana, low-fat custard, pineapple
There may also be biscuits to report as I am going to watch The Apprentice at 9
I'm not trying to be militant with my eating, but am trying to watch what I'm eating more and check the fat content etc. I am eating more fruit than ever before and have been drinking loads of water at work too, so feeling quite virtuous.
Nothing to report on the DFW front. Ebay shall be happening this weekend, I just find it so sodding boring!
Hope you all are well.

I think I'm in a bit of a vicious circle with my cycling - I feel hungry all the time!
I'm definitely eating more although hopefully the biking in the hurricanes that I seem to encounter at the moment, this will all be burned off!
Well done with the diet - I just can't drink lots of water! Wish I could but unfortunately I'm just running for the toilet all day!!

Have to add a packet of Hula Hoops and a Fox Classic biscuit to yesterdays food
Ach well, je ne regrete rien
I have listed four items via TurboLister this morning and will upload tonight so they reach peak Ebay traffic I think. I'm selling some make-up that I just won't use (Sample sizes) and some of my M&S bargains from the Penny Bazaar. I shouldn't really, as I did want them, but I need money and space in my house. I'm keeping the tea towels though
Two of my Ebay items have bidders (Totalling a whopping £1.74!) and another one has three watchers, so I'm hoping for a bidding war!
Going to dash into shower now and hopefully get time to take pics of more Ebay items before work, hurrah!

Tis my philosophy too. Yum Yum Yum.
I am considering starting running. I've stopped running away from my debt! (ha ha - see that.. I made a joke I did.... a joke! LOL) and I am thinking I could get back into running, though not sure I can put up with my butt bouncing around on top of my thighs as its slightly increased a bit lately! Perhaps one can buy a sports bra for ones buttocks? Hmmmm.
One shall begin with a bit of power walking instead. Much safer for me and any one in my vicinity and probably much kinder for the environment!** Proud to be dealing with my debts **LBM - Jan 2009 _pale_ : £24,802.21 :eek:February 2010 :silenced: : £18,078.47 (not including OD)July 2010= £16,819.34 (not including OD)

Nine items are now sitting on TurboLister waiting to be uploaded. I was thinking about doing this about half six so that people are home from work when auctions end. Anyone got any better ideas?
*edit* Have uploaded anyway to get it out of the way and feel like I'm doing something!!
