Hi guys I'm back
Ate horribly for over a month and gained 5lbs of the 10lbs I lost back LOL Oh well, Day1 today and for a week I'm doing 3x shakes a day instead of a main meal at night. I found I slipped up with the main meal and would like to shift 10lbs ASAP. Feeling okay so far but ugh, I hate drinking water
Gonna have my 2nd shake in about 45mins (had my first at 6.30am) and I'll have my 3rd at tea time around 5.30pm. I have a satsuma and a plum which I'll have around 2pm and I can have some cheese if I'm peckish before bed.

May I join ye?
I started cs last week and lost 5pds so far. Just starting on second week and feeling much better. The first few days i had a constant dull headache but have to say im feeling much better now.

Welcome everyone-good to see everyone back again!
I had it cracked again last week but I went out the weekend and got very very drunk(no carbs to soak the booze up :rotfl:) and have found it difficult getting back to it-chips and Korma sauce, BK, chocolate -the worst of it was I didn't even enjoy any of it and I now have a really sore tummy . I have always thought I have had a slight wheat intolerance and being on this diet has been brilliant as i have not felt bloated or had diorreah (sorry not spelt right I know!) which I used to get before is anyone else like this?
Weigh day tomorrow so will see how it goes.
PLEASE KICK ME A KICK UP THE BOTTOM!!!!:D

Aw teenie you'll get back into it, you're only human so you're bound to have a few slip ups! Good luck for your weigh in.
Sunny - well done on your first weeks loss, 5lbs is great!
I'm on day2 and I'm doing well, had no slip ups yet LOL although I do kinda miss eating a proper meal.. oh well, only 5 more days til I can have one haha. Hope my hard work pays off. I hate peeing so much though with all the water.. does my head in!0 -

LOL that's what does my head in too and I don't know if you are the same but the afternoons are always the worst for me-I can go every half hour!!"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0 -
Well last week was a bad week for me 1lb on. Although considering I was staying with friends that have kids that wasnt too bad. Felt I couldnt demand a low carb meal when they were all eating same so ended up having pizza and cake- just hope its a one off and theres not more to catch up with me this week0
