!!!!!! - why am I so hopeless  even had to cancel my pedicure cos I got stuck in traffic

I am never going to improve my life at this rate

Don't be too hard on yourself, maybe shorten the list for tomorrow leave out the work times but make sure you do the and hour of admin every day for rest of the week and then once you get in a routine of this next week start on the finishing at 5:30 thingy and then the early mornings will hopefully follow suit?? Sometime I struggle with lots of things so try and make my lists of things I know I will automatically do and then a few of those I know are harder like the water, food etc......

    Tomorrows another day :Dxx

    Thanks Sarah (and Lula :D)

I have no chocolate (or wine!) - this is supposed to be a healthy eating household :rotfl::rotfl:

But I am going to bed now to read my book - new Melissa Hill I bought on Tuesday (I love her books - chick lit with a twist and a bit more class)

    Shoe Gal my fabby friend,

you are just trying too damn hard & giving yourself too many things to potentially fail at, thereby increasing your sense of doom & despondency :(

Doctor Karmic-Law-Lula insists that you :

Stop this immediately :naughty: & start listing the things you HAVE achieved every day instead :D

I believe that you are very excited about your forthcoming trip to the races & if you're anything at all like me then this is overshadowing just about everything else. When my big surprise day out with my sis was imminent I was incapable of caring about anything at all other than having enough money to spend & something fab to wear .

Enjoy yourself, look fabulous, spend a bit of money, be carefree, be fabulous, have a whole heap of self indulgent fun & then return with a fresh plan for listing your daily achievements on monday.

something along the lines of :

Got up & went to work :D
    Ate healthily :A
Didnt beat myself up over the little things

It's my first day of not having to do anything for what feels like weeks & so far all I've achieved is :

    got up,
had a bath & did all the tan, nails, hair etc stuff
    had 2 cups of coffee
    wandered & posted on mse
put on underwear .... yep, that's it so far :rotfl:

Now, get yourself in front of that mirror, chin raised, look yourself firmly in the eye & repeat after me :

" I am so F fabulous I deserve to have fun at the races, I achieve so much every day of which I am proud & will always strive to do more the next day ... but if I dont it really doesnt matter as I am neither a saint nor a world leader & they dont always get it right either "

Here endeth todays lecture :o. ( notice how by spending half an hour typing this out to you I have succesfully [STRIKE]wasted[/STRIKE]used another half hour in which I could be tidying, cleaning, washing, devising a cunning plan to gain more money ;) )

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Just read that back and realised how it sounded ! I was actually just referring to my terrible habit of always having to find a cash machine on my way to anywhere and not being organised to get cash in advance :D
