    Hiya

Just been reading through your diary (well first 2 and last 2 pages) :) and am gona try read through the full thing. SO much has already struck a cord! I right now am lying on my bed listening to the radio when I have a massive to do list to get through, am comfy though!!!

How do you find the slendertone? I've been wanting one for ages but am sure it'll end up with the rest of my fitness equipment (stashed away in some cupboard hidden with old coats).

    Hey Shoegal

    Your plans sound great.

I think a course is a great idea, especially if not related to work. Gives you something to focus on outside of work.

Also it means that on one day a week you have to leave at a reasonable hour.

I did tap for the past two terms and so I had to leave at 5 every Monday evening and that was great!

Enjoy your last day of freedom!!!!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

    Hellooooo :hello:

The more the merrier to try to get me motivated :o I go through phases of being really good but mostly I have to be dragged kicking and screaming into any kind of dieting, exercising or being a DFW

Go through phases with Slendertone too :o Have had it for a couple of years (one of my many pre-DFW quick fix purchases ) but have never managed to get into a regular routine so it's hard to assess whether it works or not as all the guff says it takes 28 days to show results :D

I think a course is a great idea, I sometimes do leisure classes at my local college, they have all sorts from belly dancing to spanish! Not sure I can afford it this time though.

But I really need to be more active and watch what I eat. Managed to lose 2 stone last year but getting back into them bad habits again. I think a diet will be harder when trying to save...I used to make up for not having choc by buying a nice nail varnish or something. Sounds like I'm just making excuses tell me to stop it!!!

Stop it :rotfl::rotfl: - but I know hard it is :o

Although I am proud of the fact that I went into town this afternoon to take a dress back and did just that - I didn't buy anything :D
