2009 diary - time to make changes!

exercise 5 times - only managed 1!
get to work by 8.30 - 4/5
drink 1.5 litres of water every day - 4/5
tidy apartment and file paperwork - not yet!
stick to all the 'goddess plan' grooming stuff - 4/5
go to bed by 10.30 - whoops, not once
have 3 x NSD's - only managed 1
Quite pleased with my week overall, here goes for next week- lose 2lbs
- exercise 3 times
- get to work by 8.30
- drink 1.5 litres of water every day
- stick to all the 'goddess plan' stuff
- go to bed by 11.00

You did really well - I thought I had a fellow 'can't get into work before 9am' worker.....you're making me look bad...I managed to get at about 9.15am once which was the earliest I made it! :mad: (was aiming for 8.45 though.....)I've got my own flat :j:j

Hope you are well. I'm loving your 'becoming a goddess' plan....it's greatI'm in the first year of my 30's and only this week has it dawned on me that it's becoming harder to maintain things, keep up with the healthy stuff etc and generally i've become slack of late in my appearance because i'm spending so much time thinking of money and work. Think i'm going to take a leaf out of your book with the old water drinking, grooming stuff!

Have been a bit naughty and not very 'goddess' like over the weekendWas celebrating United's premiership yesterday and has been out for lunch today
Managed a face pack and to deep condition my hair this morning but have done no exercise and certainly haven't been dieting
