OMG - what a week  Been so busy at work trying to get stuff done before my hols - worked late every night this week! Why am I suddenly indepensible - not! :rotfl:
Anyway - I am now officially on my hols!! :j:j Got the day off today to get myself ready and into holiday mode, I leave for the airport at 6.00 tomorrow morning. Just checked the weather online and the forcast is 21 degrees and sunny
Off to get my nails done and a pedicure this morning, and then get a (very MSE) hair trim. Then it's time to stock up on holiday goodies - will defo be hitting the Boots points!! My Dad gave me some 'holiday spends', I'm 42 but it's still lovely! Gonna treat myself to a couple of trashy beach chick lit books and save the rest for ice cream!!! :rotfl::rotfl:
As I've been so busy at work didn't make very good headway with my list  Only managed one exercise session but have done Ok with the water and some of the pampering - and I've lost 2lbs :j:j

I'm not sure when you're due back, but in case you are suffering post-holiday blues, I wanted to say:
Welcome home!
Hope you've had a fine week of sun, sea and sangria, and we're looking forward to reading all about it...0 -

I'm off to help OH with a mystery shop (where they appear to require him to have eyes in the back of his head whilst driving ), then list my eBay items for this week - bleuuugh - but will be back later to hear the news.0 -
Back from hols feeling a bit 'flat' as usual so think I need a target to focus on. Have got a bit of a tan from my hols but gained 3 pounds
Have decided to spend 4 weeks concentrating on my 'looks', aiming to be as 'goddess like' as possible
- The plan ends 5th June - will be going to Wales that weekend for a friend's birthday
- Target is to lose 10lbs - this will take me to 11stone
- daily sensible eating - aiming for 1400 calories a day with one 'treat' day a week
- 5 x exercise sessions per week
- daily Slendertone session
) about getting more sleep leading to weight loss so I intend to go to bed earlier and establish a proper bedtime routine
As well as losing weight I also want to have lots of pampering time, I know these will be busy weeks at work so this will be an added bonusI intend to
- keep my tan - daily gradual tan and a couple of sneaky sunbed sessions each week
- daily skincare routine
- weekly face pack
- daily pedi routine - foot file, cuticle oil, foot cream
- use body butter every night
- daily teeth whitening
Obvioulsy this all has to be done in a very MSE way, my 6 month debt blitz plan still continues. A quick look in my bathroom has shown that I really already have all pampering lotions and potions I need, so will just buy essentials when I run out
And then a really lovely treat at the end if I stick to itSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0
