Hey Shoe Gal,
it just isnt possible to change everything overnight so it doesnt matter if you have a not so good day. I've been good with the diet today but spent over £20 on stuff I didnt really need .

Awww - sorry to hear that oh Supersonic one. I was wondering how you were doing.

Hi shoe Gal,
sorry to hear you've been poorly all week end, hope you are now recovering.
I watched that tv show about families who go to desert island for 3 weeks & the woman had a wardrobe full of beautiful shoes ... made me think of you
I have now put all my boots away & went shopping on saturday wearing my leopard print slingbacks... I love them& they are quite money saving as I can only walk around in them for an hour or so
Wish you better soon

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0

Off on my hols a week tomorrow :j:j
I want to go away feeling the best I possibly can so here's my one week master plan- lose 2lbs - this will really give me a boost
- 4 x sunbed sessions - naughty but a bit of a boost
- 3 x exercise sessions
- drink a litre of water a day
- daily gradual tan
- daily skin care and foot care
- daily hair shine treatment
- 2 x face pack
Need to spend the weekend getting my stuff sorted, trying on outfits, etc - I am only taking clothes I feel good in
Also, need to tidy the apartment, get all my paperwork sorted and update my spreadsheet so that everything is organsied for when I go away. I will have a really busy 4 days at work so I want to get all my personal stuff sorted over the weekend
Will update with a 'done' list tomorrow - no more 'to do' lists - they are de-motivatingSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0
