ditto.gif hope you have a better day today:D
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Definitely time for a clean slate tomorrow. :D I reckon it's just so cold that we're back in winter eating mode (found myself absent-mindedly polishing off a load of almonds whilst going through email - oops :o).

    Hey there,

Don't beat yourself up about the bad days, tomorrow is a new day :D

I'm embarking on a healthy lifestyle, debt free change from tomorrow...OH and I just been supermarket and brought very boring stuff but enough to last me the month so don't have to go again. Only have to do the top ups for bread, milk etc....very DFW of me, normally I go a few times a week

Hope you have a better day tomorrow, x

Hope you're having a F Fabulous Friday. How's your weekend looking? There are probably unsubstantiated rumours of sunshine on Sunday, so it might turn out as a nice day for a walk.
