  • Hi Shoe Gal.... Fabulous news on being under 25k. You've proved yourself to be a proper DFW with that gold cheque :j Not so long ago my DD brought an envelope home from school for all broken/unwanted gold, so guess who doesn't have any gold to sell  grrr!

Hope you had a good night and aren't suffering too badly today! Did the hair stay put all night?

    Slightly reflective post :o

I am wondering if the whole MSE/DFW thing is finally sinking in  I am going to a party tonight wearing a dress from last year (£7 for cleaning instead of the usual new dress), am about to attempt to put my own hair up (bit worried about this but didn't want to pay the £25 the hairdresser charges) - and wearing my lovely, bargain, shoe boots I bought the other week :D

Maybe the message is getting through  When I got my gold cheque yesterday I didn't consider doing anything except pay it off debt :D

Def sounds as though it has done - maybe reaching the mile mark of 25K is a boost.

Hope you had a fab night out and nice chilled day x

LOL I'm pampering too. Am wearing a face mask (one of those ones with holes for eyes, nose and mouth) and my specs so look like someone from one of those Extreme Makeover programmes!

Going to do feet in a minute. Missy thought I'd better follow my own advice so went out today shopping in a nice frock and heels and felt fab!
