Unfortunately there are people trying to pull the wool over everyones eyes in all walks of life, you gotta remember that in the DRO they sign the declaration that confirms that they understand they are comitting a criminal offence if they break the rules of the DRO.
If a person owes £18k, and gets family to pay over £3000 just to do a DRO, to me that doesnt make sence? Bankruptcy is like £750? and non reversible? and all inclusive of any debts not included (like that guys old council tax bill that re-appeared).
But if any DRO is done properly by the intermediary, then everything will be checked so precisely that it is fair...0 -

When you have to send off for a copy of the credit report do you get charged for it?
To Scarlet: so you managed to finally get the table and chair outside then
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end0 -
Sorry about the delay in replying, unable to get on internet.
The council tax debt did not show up on my credit report and I have made it clear I am not admitting the debt, but paying it to keep bailiffs at bay whilst I get further advice.
It is around £250 and does not take me over the 15k limit.
Suppose I'll just pay it off £10 per month now. Thank you for your advice.0
