sorry beki i think we got our wires crossed somewhere....when you said the washing machine will have to go in it i assumed you meant in the dro...ie your mum ordering something that she knows she cannot pay back........i meant the catalogue could object iff your mum ordered something and put it in the dro instead of paying for it....as i said i think we had crossed wires somewhere....apoligies..xx:)

Ah sorry I put it across wrong sorry got both kids running round haha
I just meant the payments she will be making for it will need to be included into the outgoings. I get what you mean now though.

Hello!

Not been on here since my DRO was accepted. Its been 2 months now and all the debts bar one have left me alone.

What is it with LLOYDS TSB?????

They are charging huge amounts of interest and missed payments - hope to god it doesnt get revoked (cant thik why it would tho!) Plus im getting up to 8 phone calls a day on my mobile!!! Ive told them im within a DRO gave them the number and also told them to stop calling and only write to me but they have just ignored my request. Tbh its really really getting me down and I just cannot see any end to it.

Any help would be much appreciated, anyone had similer experiance with Lloyds while under the 12 months DRO??

hi kerry...i was only thinking about you the other day and wondering how you were.....its 7 wks since my dro....dont know where the times gone......dont mention lloyds to me...omg they are terrible...luckily they dont have my phone number, but every week or so without fail i get a letter saying im behind with my payments, and like you im having interest banged on all the time......iff its really getting to you then i would suggest getting in touch with the dro office and let them know whats happening....tell them you have informed lloyds about your dro (even tho the OR would've told them anyway)...the dro office will get onto them and sort it out for you...:)

Hi, do u mean going thru the whole process again? I'm fed up 2day, had a sack load of mail................sum1 still thinks they've made an appointment 2 visit me next wednesday..................I'm just hoping they're p'ing in the wind!
