Hi, yes I'm looking in2 that. NDL have sent me some information on "unfair business practises" regarding reporting traders that "may have engaged in unfair or improper business practices" After I looked up from my laptop & saw a doorstep collector letting himself in2 my living room :mad: I think I will have 2 consider reporting this latest barrage of letters 2.....................when I only spoke 2 them on the telephone last thursday. Hey ho, 3wks wait over................. only 6 more 2 go!

He's gonna need a seperate trolley just 4 me if it carries on like this! Did u get inundated with mail whilst u were in the process of your DRO? Just think of all those poor trees

Well with me i didn't as my timing couldn't have been better mine was granted just before i got to the non payments etc stage. I did send the offer letters off and got one back accepting but within a day or so of that the DRO was granted so i was lucky. I did get a phone call from barclays collections, mercers i think but i just gave him my DRO number and haven't heard since.

i didnt get any really cuz like orville i timed it right....but ive had a few since.....lloyds tsb of course....i went onto my old online banking 2day just 2 c wot it says....my debts r still there and under my credit card statement it reads.....you have a missed payment from this account......:rotfl::rotfl:

I've only just missed my 1st payment 2 the majority of my creditors, the one I've missed 3wks of payments on is provident. Its Reliable Collections who are bombarding me with letters & I've read an awful lot of bad stories regarding them as a DCA. But they can't have what I haven't got. I think I'm gonna give NDL a call now...............c how far along I am.

27 letters? Man alive. Did any of them send postage paid return envelopes? Put their letters in them and send them back lol

yeah do that...and ask them if they have a template letter that you can send them to keep them off your back 4 a while..:(
