Yes, Reliable Collections who sent me the 9 letters all included ppe. I wish I'd been smart enough 2 do that! I binned all but 1 of the 9 which I kept 4 my records..........................but now I come 2 think of it, I should have kept all 9. Head in bin time :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm on hold I used the template letter you gave me Scarlet, I've found that those I've offered a £1 to won't accept, most of them have said that the minimum they'll accept is £5, but I can't afford 2 give them all £5 pmth whilst this is sorted out as not inc gas/elec I've 13 (lucky eh?) creditors & 13x £5= £65 & I haven't got that spare a mth.

yeah just phone them in the morning and try pleading with them a bit....cant u turn the taps on, they may feel sorry for u and hurry it up a bit....u never know....:):)

cant believe its 4 wks 2day since my dro was approved....only 48 more to go till im really debt free....:T

They must be really busy as I've tried several times now, with no joy. I know they're open until 9pm so I may try again in a half hours time. I'm gonna ask how far on I am.................if at all yet! & I'm also gonna tell em about the letters 2day + phone calls etc, all after using a template letter. C wot they've got 2 say. I do remember some of my creditors asking 4 my ref number with NDL, which I didn't give out (rightly or wrongly?) as I didn't want them been warned that I was applying 4 the DRO.

i think iff u give them the ref number it might keep them off ur back for a while cuz 4 all they know u cud just be pulling a fast one....have a word with ndl when u get thru, im sure they will advise you to give it them....they wont tell them about the dro, they wont breach ur confidentiality (dont no iff thats spelt right ) lol:)
