cant believe its gonna take up to 9 weeks, omg...hope that provie bloke gets whats coming to him...:):)

I'm gonna bide my time & then hit them with a very official looking letter. I think he said it falls under Unfair Business Practises............I'm not 100% but when I get all the info from NDL, I'm sure it will contain a draft letter cos they usually do.

yeah thats what i would do and type it up...you might put the wind up them a bit if its got all legal jargon in it..:)

Should I use latin words like they do when they're trying 2 baffle u with long worded threats. I wonder if I can remember any from school :think:

Umm after having my DRO approved on the 14th April I have now received a court summons from Anglian Water dated the 16th April- same amount as put in DRO. What do i do about this?
