Intermediaries can get a free report from Experian. Are they asking you to return it to CCCS?

Just a quick update i went back to my flat to post the form and in RED faded lettering on the background of the form it says free copy. I have now sent mine without the payment.

Just to confirm that applying for your credit report using CCCS form makes it free, i recieved mine a while ago.
I am currently on the brink of paying my £90 fee and submitting the application, just some questions i wanted answered if anyone can help.
    - i have included some of my utility bills in the DRO, What happens if the DRO is granted would they then just issue new bills starting from scratch and i would need to pay them as normal? IS it possible for any of my utility providers to insist i go on a meter after a DRO as i really wouldnt want to?
    Thanks

Same question from me too please BobbieG and gang!

I am still in two minds, as to whether or not to go for a DRO.

My main concern being that I might have to go onto a Prepayment Meter for my Electric, which after last years bills I'd really rather avoid! :o

As I owe NPower £650, I'm assuming that after it's included in the DRO, they would insist that I was on a Prepay meter..

Any hard and fast rule Fatbelly and co?

    Many Thanks,

    Sim.

    Fair point.

However, surely the Electric company would credit check me (after the DRO has been applied for)?

Then they'd probably insist on a Prepay meter anyway, going by my past CCJ and Defaults! :o

    Cheers,

    Sim.

Tempting, but I wouldn't want to get in trouble with the OR down the line!
