Wohooooooooooooooo ! (she shouts in a school girl way !) lol ;)

    Congratulations :j ! :D

I think I might have to have a glass of Baileys to celebrate for you JD (any excuse :p ).

I usually go to Rustington for butchers - they're great and very accommodating (sometimes knock of 10% for me depending on how big my order is ;) ). It's about a 15 min bike ride from my house but I use the cut through instead of going up to Body Shop roundabout :D .

Okayyyyyyyy i'm off for my baileys !

    Have a good evening

    morning:)

Thanks for all your excited replies last night:D Its all very new to me, having being single for the last 5 years except for a few pretty crap boyfriends:) I have actually known him since I was 18 which is (OMG:eek:) 17 years ago!!! we lost touch for a long time and met up again in october. Am very happy.

    Anyways back to topic:D

Today I need to be getting on with a bit of housework!! Have lots to get done and its not going to tidy itself up!

JTB - I used to love 'franks' in sea lane when I lived in rustington, or do you use the one in the high street? Rustington also has my favourite bakery on the planet....regency!!:D Must def come over for meet up and a bit of frugal shopping very soon!!!

Dinner tonight will be 'Jamie's (Oliver not Dodger) Cracking Burgers' Yummy!

What have you guys got planned for dinner?

I had a check in the fridge and cupboards yesterday and i had a couple of leeks and some celery which needed using so I chopped and put in freezer bags so as not to waste it...am getting very good at this! But really need to start using some of the stuff up in the freezer instead of adding to it:D

Hoping for a NSD today but wont hold my breath!!:D

Another cup of tea is calling......

    Morning.

I am trying to clear my freezers, they both need defrosting, so we are having odd meals to use everything up. Have found some scary looking bags of "Stuff". Tonight we are having steak because it is DH birthday, have 2 packs in the freezer so just need to buy 1 piece and some mushrooms:T

Found £1.02 roadkill yesterday so have added it to my sealed pot, every little helps.

Dh is my second husband, we have been married 6 years next month. He was at school with my brother, so I did know him previously. Hadn't seen him for about 18 years but we clicked straight away. :T Glad you are happy

  • Hey Jamie, whats this 'anyway back on topic'. Having a huge change like that is a great topic. I hope you gel and live the rest of your life together :D

Dont know what I will have today for dinner, prob egg or toms or beans on toast. Or soup. I dont tend to cook just for me as the cooker takes electric, having the lights on downstairs takes electric etc etc. Also thats not too bad calorie wise :j

    Have a great day :D
