    A good day here!

The very kind PAP has offered me something I was going to buy on ebay so HUGE thanks is due!!!

Made a cheesecake from my Moosewood Cookery Book, and it chilling in the fridge for tea tomorrow and I keep staring at it thinking 'mmmmm spose no one would notice if i nabbed a teeny bit':D I have resisted so far.....

DS1 popped down the shop for me this morning to pick up a copy of The Times so I could have the voucher for 'Eat out for a Fiver':T I dont read newspapers...too full of hype, media junk and morbid stories so I shredded it for the chickens:D Thats £1.50 to add to total spent for 4k challenge and Ive adjusted signature.... Ive placed the spend under the entertainment catagory on my spreadsheet as thats what I would place eating out spends in:) How organised am I :D

Am going to chill with a glass of wine this evening. DS1&2 are at their dads for the night so just me, ds3 & dd:)

Had a look at my BT online bill as I am paperfree, it seems I am paying too much on DD :eek:so have lowered it by £1 per month and see how I go, this has freed up £12 for the year so I have rejigged annual budget:T

Kids had fairly simple tea tonight, I havent had anything as I am not particularly hungry (although I could manage cheesecake:D).

Have found some florists ribbon on ebay so have bought it, again this comes out of 2008 leftover money and will look great on my HM easter presents:j

Spoke to my dad today and he is letting me have 3 x 12" pots, which are sitting in the garden at his house, I need them to pot my mini orchard which is being delivered in the next 14 days:) Just need to pick up some compost now.....:T

    Morning:)

Up at my usual 5.45 this morning and I didnt even set my alarm:D

Been on the Asda website, cat food is cheaper from there and so is my washing powder, so I may well do a order for delivery if I can find a free code:T

Planning my meals for next week, have got as far as Monday:D think I need to put a little effort in!! Will try and finish it this morning!

Didnt manage the ironing yesterday so that is on my list for this morning! Not my most favourite job!

Making cakes for kids lunchboxes today, may do a huge traybake if I can remember how many eggs I need:confused:

Will be picking up another Times newspaper today at some point......

Loaf is in BM and will be ready for lunch, will need to do another this afternoon for lunchboxes tomorrow.

Better crack on, I can hear DS3 talking to himself so I guess the peace is shattered:D

    Morning Jamie.

Love the sound of your mini orchard. I am planning to grow veg in pots this year. Am so looking forward to the spring. I have finally managed to get dh to agree to some chickens, but now I am worried about attracting rats:eek:, do you have any problem with your chickens.

Better go do some housework, loads to do today, normallity is returning tomorrow. Have got bread to make and cakes for lunchboxes. Better get moving.

    Have a good day.

Hi Pap, yes Ive had chickens for about 3 years, I am hoping to increase the amount of birds I have in the next few months:) Glad your birthday meal was nice:) Salad is always a good choice:D

Having a good sunday, made a raspberry coulis for the cheesecake, OMG, its fantastic, had a wee slice for lunch:D Took a photo, so will post here later when I get the chance.

Kids back to school tomorrow, lunchboxes prepped, made a huge traybake so thats lunchbox goodies sorted!

Bath and Haircuts.....one down, three to go, just waiting for the boys to get back from their dads:)

Second loaf in the BM, should be ready about 6.30pm:) Think I will be chilling out with glass of wine and a good book later!

Hi Jamie! PC been out of action - one of em got a really nasty virus so we switched off the network and completely wiped and reinstalled.

Cheesecake sounds amazing, raspberry is my fave - it makes my left eye shut!

Glass of wine and good book sounds like a plan - I'm back at work tomorrow and eldest DD back at school so an early night with one of my Christmas books could be great!:o)
