I would hold off if you can Jen, how long has it been on the market for already?

If its on rightmove you can install property bee and check the original price and keep an eye on changes. Its a great tool

Yep. I have a clubcard plus and use PTS for codes, i also have another 2 clubcard accounts as well as my main.

That was 3 quarters worth of saving though so meager compare to some members on PTS.

I have earned £100 worth this quarter on my one account though.

PTS? sorry might be asking really dumb questions here ;)

yeah i am going to find out about morgages just so i know and keep an eye out. i think if i wait 6 months i can get a better bargain and i will have more savings!!

I hate to look at it this way but with all the job loses and companies going down the pan people will get desperate to sell and there will be more reposations! i know it is horrid

Practical... not horrid. Yes I think there will be more redundancies but I'm not sure if it will be as bad as predicted? I've been saying for years that this had to happen - the only thing I was never sure about what how bad it would get. And ironically a lot of it will be down to how the media carries on reporting on it... yes the economy is in dire straits BUT they are creating more panic than I think is justified... will it become a self fulfilling profecy? Guess time will tell :)
We're just gonna sit tight until we can afford to move up the chain... house ain't huge but we can afford to stay here especially as mortgage is dropping at the end of fixed rate in march/april :)

Have you checked http://tescovouchercodes.blogspot.com/ sometimes they have some good codes :)

Maybe I should get more than one account? Hmmmmmmmm :)

Just counted the ones I have collected since May: £59.50 plus I think I have about £12 already for this latest quarter... forgot to check my last receipt lol
