yes there is loads of potential but i think if i bought it i would have to just live in it as i wouldn;t be able to afford to do anything to it!

I have just sold another £100 worth of clubcard deals to the guy who brought my last lot, hes gonna have them when i get my next mailing I thought i would offer and see lol. Thats another £50 to me!

Hmmmm I'm not saying anything on the property front as our house IS a pokey new build LOL 3 bed midterrace but it IS pretty and in a nice village... Pricetage closer to £215k though I think... thankfully properties in our village haven't really dropped in price in the current market - village is just too popular and well placed! DH had good taste when he bought it before he met me lol

Clubcard vouchers... I thought they had stopped you using other peoples vouchers or have they gone away from that thought? Or does it only apply to certain deals?

It odes look like it would have a lot of space. I am going to wait a couple of years before i buy as i dotn wnat to live in London forever so better to wait till I have moved back home
