Miamoo, I was with you, even went to Bros at Wembley and queued outside the Marquee Charing Cross Road for six hours for the rehearsal 'gig'.
I'm all growed up now (even though I admit to having them on my shuffle just for nostalgic moments).
Feeling good today, the sugar surge at 6pm is def something I'll look out for.

Spend an hour on the cross trainer, 20 minutes on a punchbag and THEN get down to the business of relaxing!
