Fruit and veg prices soar - Some may disappear off the shelves

Best get buying some veg seeds before the price of those shoot up.

    I don't do New Year resolutions as I can't keep them but I did think about trying to eat more fruit and veg.

    Bummer, will have to stick to eating more chocolate.

    There's a theory that people will tend towards employment that suits their names. It has been demonstrated statistically.

    Don't believe everything you read in the papers.
    Buyers rule when it comes to fresh stuff, it just means there'll be more whoopsies when people won't pay the crazy prices.

    I spend about £2/week on fresh veg. It won't break the bank of that "SOARS" by 20% to £2.40.

    I can't see how we are going to have deflation when all these things are still going up. Rail fares up loads, Postage Stamps up loads. Whats the betting that these things are not included in Gordons CPI basket?
