Hopeful1 - You make me smile the way you get Greenbynature and Double Trouble mixed up ! :rotfl:.... I still can't believe that i never put on any weight from the weekend ! th_lose_weight.gif ....

I really don't know what's wrong with me! I have a serious mental block. I may just merge them both and call them Greenbytrouble :DLove you both!!!

Double Trouble - I don't blame you for leaving it to the cc to sort out their mistake , hopefully your £29 will be written off .th_VISA.gif ...

I got money through today from my Ebay and Amazon sales (£70.01!!) and I've paid the postage already without adding to the overdraft, so I am using the money for:

£30.01 to the Overdraft Begone fund

    £10 to Barclaycard

Also, loose change into the Overdraft Begone piggy - £3.

Just paid £10.15 to Barclaycard. Had a crisis yesterday so didn't have a chance to read the threads. Off to do that now. Have a good day.

    Morning all :)

£3.87 for me today towards HSBC card (bigger interest rate).

I have a bit of a dilemma - I have only just come back from holiday, 2 weeks ago, went with a friend. My boyfriend really wants to go away in Feb half term (I teach) and he has just received a big bonus from his company and has told me he will pay. I feel guilty that I can't contribute, but he says it doesn't matter - my funds are not in a place to go on holiday again, I have suggested waiting til Easter when I am a bit more on top of things, but he really wants to go in Feb - shall I just accept and make it up to him at a later date? I know its a really sweet thing he is doing. :)

    Hi bigbeff,
I would! After all if the shoe was on the other foot you would probably do the same thing for him.
Lucky you! Go for it thats what I say.
I teach too...roll on half term!
