Not always, no. I went veggie properly when I left home to go to Uni when I was 18 - as I was no longer being forced to eat meat, because there was no-one around to do it! I never liked meat from being very little and when I became old enough to realise where it came from I liked it even less! By the age of about 10 or 11 I was eating very little and decided to give up that last little bit when I was 11 or 12 (I forget exactly). My parents let me get away with it for 10 months (see how it is ingrained on my memory!) and then decided to put a stop to it. Afterwards they made me eat everything (shudder!!)
After a few years, my Dad let me alternate - meat one day, none the next, but I had to wait until I left home before I could become veggie properly.
So you see, I don't really mind what other people eat (e.g. neither OH nor DS are veggie). I only ever wanted to be accepted for who I am, if you see what I mean!PigginSkint's debt free diary

Just a quick post.... PAD of £5 for me today, to OH's OD.
Hiya everyone btw!
Green, what they said to you about the card is carp... I work for Sains and procedure is actually the day you left it plus one day, to a max of 48 hrs.... the machine should prompt the cashier to remove the card if you don't, and it should be logged at Customer Services..... Also, can I send my OH over for some lessons on how to be nice...?'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -

Another one of my many men... Josh Todd from a band called Buckcherry. I loves them lots and lots and they've just confirmed for Download Festival (along with Motley Crue - that Nikki Sixx chap I love) so I HAVE to go!
