    Hi everyone

Hope you are having a lovely birthday Jo. Terri didn't manage to get sozzled yesterday as couldn't talk DH into going for a walk even with the promise of a pub at the end of it:mad: Was really looking forward to it so he had a taste of picture no sound for a while until i realised that this suited him fine so he could watch sport on the telly!

Anyhow just paid £5 to Cap One. Another busy Monday in work today for me, have a half day booked tomorrow as need to see DS2s headmaster for the school transfer. He is 11 and will be going to big school in September. Hope everyone had a good start to the week also.

Sorry to hear about your dear friend Clarissa x

No pad for me today I'm afraid. I just about keeping my head above water this week but i will have run out of money by about Thursday.

I have checked how much i am owed from work and its quite a bit, but i would rather it was paid than staring at me from the bottom of an invoice.

    I can't pay my way.

I cant wait for my dh to start his placement in June, just to have some regular income will be such a relief, even if its not much.

On the plus side, I thank the lord every day i at least have a job. I felt sick for those car workers at Cowley this morning. There is so little respect for the british workforce.

Sorry for being a bit doom and gloom.

  • Hi everyone! Hope you're all well.

Jo - I hope you're having a great birthday - are you doing anything special to celebrate?

Sorry I haven't been on here over the weekend. I'm so tired all the time and the iron tablets aren't really doing anything for me yet. I was out of bed for the grand total of 3 hours yesterday! My nephew came to visit yesterday and asked my mum why I was still in bed, so my mum tried to explain in 6 year old terms, to which he replied "did God forget to put the iron in her?"!! Then later on announced to my sister "did you know Aunty J has a bit missing?" You've gotta love their innocence!

Anyway, I did my finances and they're going to be a bit tight until payday on the 25th. So I decided to make my PADs in advance to make sure I don't spend the money on silly things like ice-cream (serious cravings!) So my PAD today is £20 to my PAD account
