Good morning all and thanks for your updates.

K2tog - hope you're not too hungover this morning!

Shaz - I hope everything works out for Josh. I would love the hedgehog pattern, please!

I have started another crochet bunting - I shall make a few of these because they're quick. The first one was an experiment but I'm pleased with how it's turned out.

I have some of my own work to do this morning but hope to relax and either knit, crochet or sew up this afternoon!

Whilst I am on I would just like to say I hope everyone is feeling better (Ive looked over the posts in the few weeks) and seen that so many of us have been unwell or have family/friends who are unwell/need help - so am sending my wishes and love to you all. I must apologise for not mentioning them seperately its just I get a bit "la la" over everyones names and would hate to get the wrong ones or leave someone out so have sent warm wishes to you all!!!

Talk to you all soon and cant wait to see the hedgehog pattern

Hedgehog pattern for me too please if possible. I get so excited about a new project !! What a sad life SO NOT TRUE . Off to lunch with some friends in a minute as kitchen still half in and half all over the place !! I will post the picture of the Manta Ray I have finished foe dd2's birthday THANKS IN THE MAIN TO SOBLIVION.
I was making things overly complicated for myself.

Hi all - Shaz will pm you the hedgehog pattern - it's gorgeous and perfect for using up leftovers of eyelash yarn. It would look great in any colour, not just 'hedgehog' colour. Thanks Shaz - there are some other good patterns, there - I love the flat cat!

Chalky - the crochet bunting is one I made up, but it's very simple.

CROCHET BUNTING:

Make 34ch, turn, 1ch, then sc to end.
1st row: sc to end, turn, 2ch
2nd row: dc in 1st sc, (ch1, miss next sc, dc in next sc) to end (this gives you the holes for the ribbon)
Repeat 1st row of sc in each sc, until work measures 5" (I don't do metric - too old!)
Repeat 2nd row (for the row of holes for ribbon)
Next row (decrease row) - slip stitch along to cast off 1st 5 sts, sc until the last 5sts, turn, 1ch,
Repeat 1st row on the remaining 24 sts, for a further 3" (work then measures 8").
Seam the top part for the hood. If you want, work a couple of rows of single crochet around the edge of the hood; this gives it a nice finished look. I may do this in contrast colour for the next ones I make.

That's all there is to it! Really quick and simple.
