linedancerann - what a great idea to knit the patterns for blanket squares xx
shaz - hope you are relaxing - good that son is now home xx
Can anyone tell me - the "ripple blanket" - is that crochet or knit and if so where can I find the pattern?
mioliere - were you able to find the knitted crib pattern?
Yesterday I thought that making the little shoulder bags was a good idea - well Outlaws came yesterday and she brought me some odd patterns ripped from magazines and after posting on here I looked through and low and behold a purse/bag - once all of the updates are done tommorow I will post the pattern (if that is ok)
Anyway - rambling again - love to all f1widow xxDebt Diary: Im not going to be an Ostrich anymore -LBM - 16/1/12 /0 -

Moiliere/F1 Widow, the pattern that PSSO (Elaine) used for the knitted crib is available here
www.babydollhandknitdesigns.co.uk/category_20/Knitting-patterns-for-Cribs-and-Bassinets.htm
Elaine PSSO and I did search high and low and eventually got the link through Bonniebabies.co.uk, knitted crib pattern.
I seem to remember Shezmit posting a link to a pattern a couple of days ago - it needed enlarging I think - will go and have another look.

I've had a lovely day
DS2 and DIL brought our new DGS to see us and stayed for lunch. He is 15 mths old now and walking, he calls nan, nan, nan toys ta and looks behind the sofa for them. I luv him to bits :happyhear
The adoption papers should go in next week but LO's Social Worker is off sick and they have to wait for her to come back as things need signing and more info has to go on the forms, before they can go to court.
f1widow - that was good going, very strong of you to succumb to just 1 ball, I went into Wilkinsons yesterday for some toothpaste, and came out with 3 balls of DK, forgot the toothpaste though, but £1 a ball is a bargain so I just had to have it, as if I havent got enough :rotfl:
shaz - hope things are ok with you and yours now, and you have caught up on some sleep x
I did some squares from the dishcloths patterns on the Knitting Pattern Central site, and I'm sure they would be ok for face-cloths.
There are a couple of pics of them in my album on our Wooligan site (they are the Smoky squares)
Thank you all for the ideas for getting my donated wool smelling nice and fresh, I am going to try some of them in net bags in the TD with some nice smelling TD sheets. I have some outside on the line in a bag under the back cover, its getting a good blow but not getting wet.
I seem to be rambling again
Off to get some food sorted before OH tells me yet again he is starving
