Hi Jean - your technique is fine, found the email - you'd been moved to Spam - such is life:rotfl: Feel free to e me anytime.
Well spotted. Yes it could be a possibility if we settle for the woven look, rather than woven pieces. But I think in that case I could come up with something easier, there are many options for that. However haven't given up yet.

    Update please.

1 knitted baby crib, 2 prs bootees,2prs mitts.

Maytaurus - thanks for your good wishes and your lovely pics - they really cheer up my day.

Not had much time for knotting ( knitting even - the colour on my keyboard is wearing off, lol.)over the weekend Dd1 and Sil decided to have a clearout and do a car boot sale as things are a wee bit tight for them just now. Guess who they shanghai`d (sp?) to help.........? Not really a problem tho` as DH & I used to got there with plants a few years ago. We made a few pounds for them and Sil has decided to do it all again next week as he enjoyed himself, he`s going to get the rest of the stuff down from the loft. * groan.*

    See you later maybe.

    Hi All,
Sorry to say that Kathy and I have been on the phone again, still no internet connection we are now hopeful of it being done on Wednesday 8th April, in the afternoon.....I am sure Kathy will be so pleased to get back on line and in touch with the world again.

Elaine - hope you have a much better week than last week and things go a bit more smoothly - does car boot sales mean you can ditch all the "important" things from the loft? If so I have a barn and two loft fulls I can send across KNITTED BABY CRIB - did you send for the pattern after all ? Got a photo?

Maytaurus, great to see you back again, love the pictures.

Jean in France - still PA to Kathy - well only for a few more days - keeping my fingers crossed

Hi Jean - sorry for the confusion - Now I'm with you! I thought the technique you were referring to was to do with Email :o! :rotfl:

As you were referring to the "Entrelac" - I'm not sure about it, only because I haven't tried it. (Yet).

Been looking at various stitches which may resolve my "flimsy" problem. Spoiled for choice - found so many - must try them all out!
