Could someone please unlock the door to my puzzled brain? For the life of me I can't remember completely how to cast off!!!! Is it A/ K2, psso the 2nd and so on

or B/ slip one, K1 then psso and carry on knitting each next step and passing the stitch on R over???

I'm not completely puggled, just nearly!!!

Either of these work Sue-UU - if your first stitch is a bit loose then slip it, if tension ok then knit it !

was reading through and saw some of you were having difficulty with the L/H site, so thought I would go try it. Managed to get in but it was really slow, I have noticed in the past that it is sometimes like that, no idea why though
I've just been sorting the beds out for the weekend, all done now everything clean and tidy, so thought I would pop on here for a bit,

Yesterday when we went out with a friend and her SIL, the SIL had bought with her a HUGE bag of assorted wool for me,:T which I thought was very kind of her, So I have been sorting through it and have ............................

250g ball of Arran,
4- 50g balls of cream tweedy DK,
200g of 4ply in lilac
some crochet cotton
100g and a half ball of dark lilac DK

So my stash will not need topping up for a while

Better go sort out something for Dinner

Bless you Pam! Even now, I can't remember what is used to do!!! I'm not totally daft though votes in that might help with the future! Tension's fine so will knit and carry on ...and what a carry on! Whatever made me take it up again? The love of it!

Wonderful Anne! I've never used Arran before only ever DK. Is it ok to use or should I be aware of anything before trying? Maybe with my post above, I'd best not try I'll have myself in knots!!! Never been to the LH site, will have a loook asap.

I used to do a lot of knitting years ago with Arran, cable jumpers and cardigans that sort of thing, and I enjoyed it.
It grows quickly too.
