  • I'm feeling quite cheerful at the mo!:D:D:D:D:D Bubbles up the nose! Marvellous!

Cupcake, sorry, we seem to have slightly gone off tangent - however we do know how stressful and depressing it is to be where you are right now, and believe me you will come through it - one step at a time. Keep asking lots of questions and put your SOA up here for folks to look at. AND most importantly, take good care of yourself! CBx

Link for SOA which you can then post here ...

Hi CCL77 and welcome to the forum. As suggested previously why don't you post up your i&e from the link given above by chelseabun. Also let us know how much you owe and if its made up of credit cards/loans etc and if they are in your name only or joint.

Give a bit more information about court tomorrow too and we can help! It is important to try and stay on top of priority debts which include council tax and utilities. As for CCCS they usually do give very good advice however lately they have given some people some unacceptable advice - still worth a call though so I'd keep the appointment you've already made. Also phone National Debtline. If you make an appointment with CAB be sure you ask to see a specialist debt advisor.

I have an interview booked with the CCCS middle of Jan...but people keep telling me that they work in the favor or the creditor and not the debtor so I am a bit lost and time is running out...

    Well, they are talking Bull*****.

Like any big organisation, I have sometimes heard of some less than perfect advice.

But in general, CCCS tend to have your interests at heart.

They have told a lot of people on this forum to just "go bankrupt". Not exactly helping the creditors there.;)

It's best to get advice from more than one source if you can though.
