Hmmmm i wonder if there clients that employ pendragon to collect on "bad debts" know they also run a service to help people go BR thus losing there clients money bu helping debtors getting it written off in BR

Sorry it all sounds a bit confusing....i am new to this forum and finding way around...hope you dont mind... i suppose what they are offering me for a fee is to deal with the creditors on my behalf, which i would be able to do but with stress attached..i did ask them what would happen if they went out of business and there was no answer other than the operator said i would be out of a job...so i would have no protection...thanks for your replys...0

ok OP in that case, Sorry it was not taken seriously but you can do this without their help and the stress will not be less just because they say they can help and charge you for it. Best thing to do first of all is to get advice from the CCCS or National debtline whose numbers are in the sticky's at the top of this forum. And please stick around here and ask away with lots of questions which we can help with - and all for free!
