That code is expired already. Need to find a new one.

I'll stick to doing it through the BAA Worldpoints website.
I've just got another 250points for filling in a marketing survery!!
Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc

If you book the ticket through BAA Worldpoints website, the code will be showed. Then you can post it out for somebody else to use.

OK Johnmoney but then back to my original question. At what stage on the Stansted Express site do you enter the code? I got as far as entering all my card details, the page showed full price and there was no opporutnity to enter the code. I didn't proceed.

Now when I've bought tickets previously via the BAA site, I've never been given a code, it just links straight to Stansted Express site with the discount automatically appiled.

So have I - but they haven't shown up on my account yet. From memory bonus points do take a while - any idea how long?

Another problem I've experienced is that at some outlets the salesperson clearly hasn't a clue how to process your card or pretends they have never seen one before.

A scan of the receipt e-mailed to the points helpdesk has always resulted in them being added though.

They are a bit random when it comes to adding points to your account. However, if you email to remind them, they sort it fairly quickly.

I've got as far as the credit card details and it hasn't asked for the code and the charge is full price. Do you enter the code after your credit card details?
Just a quick reply to your previous question. Stansted EXP (I won't abbreviate it further since it spells a naughty word) doesn't let you enter the promo code on the form. You'll need to access it via the link I posted previously. When a new code becomes available, just change the end of the address (WPXXXX) to the new code.

    Hope that helps.
