They are in breach of rules, possibly no one has reported them yet.

There are some big sellers that are exempt from offering paypal, odd but true, but in those cases the paypal logo does not show at all.

Are you referring to me? I assume you are as they would have been reported if upsetting others.
Their prices are bound to be cheaper if they dont take paypal
And I am a private seller, selling off only my old items (sold 1 laptop, 0 ps3's, and 1 £100 camera in 4 years) so perhaps not :rolleyes2

There will be a report this auction option near the foot of the auction page.

I don't think there is anyone working at ebay at the moment though as I reported a blatantly fraudulent auction about 3 days ago and it is still there.

Well these guys seem to have been doing it for months (judging from previous auctions as far back as you can see).

If you go right down to the very end that it does say that Paypal is accepted however they obviously don't want folk to use it...... hence nothing mentioned previously and also asking people to contact them before making payment.

I looked at previous auctions as well as I wondered about a hijacked account. As you say they have been carrying the 'contact us before paying' clause for weeks. However they aren't really making much in sales, their listing fees alone must be costing hundreds. Their stars also mean that they are borderline to being considered as a failing seller by ebay, one lot of stars is already at 4.4.

I do not understand people who continue to buy from sellers like this, stock photos, odd payment terms poor stars.
