Got the same price for flights in Feb/March.
not likely we'll be taking them upon it - but hopefully the competition will encourage Virgin to do something with their planes on the Vegas route.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
I always thought that reward flights were released early and snapped up - so the best way to have a shot was to look 330 days out or so? I could be wrong but it was always my impression that there weren't many and they were booked pretty quick once the flight was released.
It used to be that way-but Flyertalk wisdom is that the airlines are generally not releasing them all at 330 days now but releasing a few and gradually trickling them on over timeI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Saw somewhere that the lower fare buckets aren't yet loaded so don't reject it as an option just yet.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

The Bellagio FountainsHi, guys,
I loved the NY roller coaster at night. It was wonderful to see the strip. I would have gone for the 2nd ride (there is a special offer after you do the first ride) but I had the cash in the locker. Just a note that my OH had a bit of trouble afterwards since he wasn't completely glued to the seat, and had a few bruises on his shoulders. (He bruises easily.) Try to sit as tight as possible. It was a bit violent I have to admit, but totally worth it! So do consider accompanying your OH.
I was sorry that there was no working ride in the Sahara (at least from the outside). Will have to investigate next time.
my oh loves roller coasters, she's trying to drag me to 6 flags when we go in sept as a weekend trip...oh dear...
so ny ny is good ?is it good for babies like me who hate roller coasters too?0 -
Hi
I have been to Vegas many times love it but this time we would like to do the Golden Triangle. My brother, bless him, has asked me to work out prices etc, but I don't know where to start.
I have previously done both LA and San Fran but at different times. We have driven to both of them but based ourselves in Vegas. I think 2 nights in both places is sufficient but cannot decide which would be the best way to do the trip...we just want to end up in Vegas.
Has anyone got any suggestions as to where I should start looking? Should we drive or get internal flights? Basically what is the cheapest way of doing it all.
There will be 4 adults and we are looking to go around the middle - end of September.
Any help would be much appreciated.0 -

Personally, I would do internal flights, but thats just me. There is a lot of driving involved in your tour, for sure.
Opodo.co.uk and kayak.co.uk both have facilities to do ' multi city ' airline price comparisons, and we have used them both in the past.
Of course, ultimately I think your choice will possibly come down to the difference in cost and also maybe whether you really require a vehicle.
Driving in LA fills me with horror !0 -

I've ridden the coaster at NYNY, it is good, but as somebody else said, it is a bit rough.
I've also done Six Flags in LA, so if you want more info on that please feel free to PM me.

I was thinking one day at Disneyland and One day at Six Flags instead of two days at DL as DS is a coaster freak (I'll watch
)

If you can fit it in you should stop at Primm so he can ride Desperado especially if you'll be driving from LA as you'll pass it...and 2-for-1 in the LVA voucher book too.
It nearly killed me, but for a coaster freak, it would probably be the best thing ever.
