Me too...if I hadn't already decided I want the Asian Nachos next time, I would be getting the chicken pot pie.
And I'm wondering what's in the background...if it's the burger that has ribs on top of it that I've seen on the menu.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
The Bellagio FountainsThe receipt says OH's burger was a "Carolina BBQ Pork Sand....." OH said it was really good, and although still a BIG portion, was much more manageable! His burger was $10.95 and my pie was $13.95. Good value for money.Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0

The Bellagio FountainsTrets I had a quick look and couldnt find cheapovegas linked on the first page. It is my favourite site for checking out which hotel has what etc.
http://www.cheapovegas.com/index.php
All hotels are listed and the rooms, pools, casinos etc are all ranked.
Loads of info on there and it is updated regularly0 -
The Bellagio Fountainsit is a good fun website photome
had forgotten about that...! they don't update their existing reviews much (they say the same stuff as they did 4 yrs ago) and they're very opinionated but it's funny stuff!
liked the 'graveyard' section - hadn't seen that before
edit: i tell a lie, they have updated quite a few reviews0 -
I keep dreaming about that chicken pie..........
For anyone who has been to Vegas could you list your top 5 restaurants as this would be a big help.
Thanks0 -

Thanks
1. Grand Lux Cafe - for overall food quality, choice and value
2. Casa di Amore - authentic Italian, superb food, free Limo pickup (this is not a cheapy resataurant)
3. Cheesecake Factory - not just for desserts, this place has a very good menu with excellent food
4. Spice Market Buffet PH Hotel - very good buffet, not been in evening though so can't comment
5. BLT Burger (Mirage) - not exactly cheap for a burger, but they were really nice and they will cook them how you want (medium, well done etc)
There are so many to choose from it's hard to pick 5 so I've tried to pick a variety of places that we found good. Worth having a look on Tripadvisor also.0 -
The Bellagio Fountainsit is a tough one tingtong, and people will always have different opinions - plus there is so many places to try - i haven't tried any of the ones you have listed yet, but had some crackin' meals.
depends what you are after as well - good food is a must I would say, but there are places that may not do the best food, but offer a good atmosphere or a good experience (ie. top of the world) or a good price0 -
The Bellagio FountainsTop 5 would be good for me too.....like to see that ready for our trip MAy0

The Bellagio FountainsFor us (late 30s, not into fine dining)...in no particular order and ignoring buffets and fast food.
1. Ellis Island Barbeque
2. PF Changs (Chinese - always a relative thing, but most like the Chinese I had as a youngster and my English hubby likes it too).
3. Mon Ami Gabi at Paris (but only on the patio...for lunch or dinner)
4. Austin's Steakhouse at Texas Station (with restaurant.com voucher)
5. Toby Keith's I Love This Bar at Harrahs...especially at or after 9pm when the band is playing.
For buffets, for us, Paris for breakfast and Wynn for dinner (possibly PH, but haven't had it since it was Aladdin)...edited to add for really good value buffet we like Main Street Station downtown.
Fast food - gotta be In-n-Out Burger...but you must know the secret menu or you'll wonder what's going on - very little on the menu itself.

I also really like that site...I think one of the founders died a couple of years ago and the updating went down hill for awhile as a result (understandable of course) but even if it wasn't updated regularly for awhile it's always had great info and I love their reviews.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0
