    Hi guys,

Firstly happy new year to you all!!

With only 9 weeks to our Vegas trip I'm looking at all the hotel deals. I stumbled across 1 earlier on Expedia for the Venetian which has me really tempted - stay 4 nights and get the last night free!!

So I checked the prices for checking in on 11th March for 4 nights & the total was £402.88. Now having stayed there in April for 2 nights I know how wonderful it is.

I have already booked to stay at the Paris for the 7 nights which we got for £436 with the friends & family deal. My concern with this deal was that they let me book 7 nights, I though max. was 5 but as I did it over the phone and paid in full I thout it would be ok.

I was thinking about changing this over, 4 nights Venetian & 3 nights in the Paris - totalling £565.

    Any opinions?

You know, the problem with me as that I think too much - that will be my signature, when I figure out how to do it!! :rotfl:

    Paid in full.....is it cancellable?

£100 a night.....$140 a night for Venetian.....excellent value if includes weekend dates. Its also a good deal even if not.....once you add the tax (and credit card currency conversion charge), its a good deal.

    Thanks.

I have the email confirmation which says it is cancellable and they did say that over the phone when I booked it.

The price is £220 cheaper than their website price at present.

We arrive on the Wednesday - so it's Wed to Sat inclusive, the free night being the Sat which is the most expensive.

I'd obviously call the Paris 1st before I jumped in though. In all honesty we were happy with the Paris price this trip is a brthday gift so this would one last surprise - 4 nights in the Venetian.

Remember the top hotels used to be $250 a night minimum.....Wynn, Bellagio, Venetian. Great value at current rates.

    Hi
Just thought i'd join MSE and thank everyone for the Las Vegas advice
I've been lurking this thread for months.

My brother and I are going 3rd week of Feb to celebrate my 40th Birthday and have just booked our flights today.
Virgin £340 each - Great price thanks to the advice on here
(Was £480 when i wanted to book it last year, advice on here was to wait)
No Hotel yet, awaiting the feb deals
depending on promos available its a toss up between Flamingo, Harragh's or Ballys. As we're both now single my brother wants to stay @ Hooters..... I'm trying to talk him out of it LOL but good price currently.

Oh and the ESTA advice was superb, neither of us realised. All ESTA'd up now:)

    Thanks again
Shame about the exchange rate though :(

    what date are you flying?

One last question, to stay at Caesars on the F&F deal for the last 3 nights in a standard room is $40 more expensive in total than the Paris - is it worth it? Would you think I'd manage an upgrade when on the F&F deal?

Cheers - just about to make that call to the Paris!!
  • what date are you flying?
