    Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say first this thread is awesome, so many good linkks and advice. Anyway me and my girflfriend are going to be in Vegas for 5 nites in April, I checked out Lucis link for MGM Grand at $49/nite with free drinks etc and seems pretty good?

Does anyone know anything cheaper/better deal for anything on the strip or shoul I wait closer to the time for better deals! I know this MGM deal is good, I'm just wondering if theres anything better anyone knows of!

Book it at that price but keep checking the deals, you can always cancel it if you find a better deal.

The MGM gets mixed views here but I loved the place. The prices they are offering at the moment are really good, I only changed my booking because I got a really good deal at the Signature. (Thanks Luci:T )

Thanks for the updates Trust, really interesting to hear whats going on over there.

Ditto what Stew said. Personally I would book the MGM deal now, as they can withdraw it at any time, as you have nothing to lose. Keep looking for better offers and you can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival and get your deposit back.

I see there is an Excalibur offer posted from $27/night which may suit you, but I think the MGM is a far better hotel.

so any chance of some more votes for the show in the sky,

Was told afterwards, not that I noticed that there were some men dancing around as well,(After the 3rd show!)

The women in the casino seemed more interested in getting their pictures taken with the 'Chipmonks' sorry Chippendales!

Total Rewards/Players club, if you are already a member remember to call in and get a offers leaflet, if you are new it is worth signing up, costs nothing!

With Total rewards, plenty of drinks Bogof,
Different Harrahs food places with money off
    Eiffel tower Bogof

Etc etc, and remember even if you don't gamble it is worth getting the discounts.

This is Vegas, don't worry about the weather, the sun is always shining!
I remember one February we were there and it rained for 4 days out of the 7. We were staying in the pyramid rooms of Luxor and the water doesn't run off very well. We came in one day and water was pouring in from the ceiling lights. Had a few things ruined that were on the table right under the water, called down, they sent a security guy up to have a look, compensated us for everything and then some, put us in a suite in the West tower and comped our entire stay!! That was worth over $900 and gave us $500 in cash compensation, paid for our next trip.:T
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Is this Offers Leaflet available for TR members who already have a card or is it for new members only? If it's for existing, do you just go to any TR desk to get it?
