    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Ohh I had masses amounts of 'shenanigans' but OH didn't want to go for round 2 this morning.

    On a compleatly different note, I have 30 cans of Strongbow left and I have to drink them by the 5th jan when life changes for the better. 15 cans each for me and OH. reckon I could alcohol free by the end of the day!
