Good afternoon everyone! Well I had a slight hangover this morning but my future mother in law has opened Champagne so I've had a glass and feeling much better! :p

I'm looking forward to a quiet night in front of the box tonight. Was out last night and really enjoyed it but I'm getting too old for all this partying...hehe!

    hhhm.

Yesterday, my mobile rang 3 times, just 1 ring each time from a number I didn't know with some kind of international code. I then got a text

Hi Ramya how are you, Happy New Year Selvi

I wrote back that it was a wrong number but happy new year anyway.

    I got

Hi - very sorry, I think thatis the number for my friend so sorry. Where are you from? I'm Sri Lankan and am working in Israel. Reply to me - ok.

    I didn't reply (funnily enough!)

and it has started the ringing again

Just makes me a bit nervous - many years ago, I answered the phone really cheerily as I thought it was someone in particular and it was a wrong number. The guy then kept phoning saying 'you sound nice', ' you sound really cheerful'......which was weird enough......until it started ringing at 2 in the morning with rather more graphic comments........

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Just ignore them BB, I'm sure they will get fed up before you do!

I hate calls like that, I ended up having to change my number a few years back after getting some of a more graphic nature  and luckily I've not had anything like that again, touch wood!
