Very sexy new boyfriend cancelled our new years eve together at the last minute.....I was gutted because I thought he was pretending to be ill so he didn't have to drive 3 hours to see me - but he was actually ill. That makes me look really bad actually, but there are reasons why I am paranoid about him. I am actually pretty much head over heels for this guy and got myself in a right panic over it, so I am so happy that I was wrong, and I know now that I have to get a grip and start trusting him before I wreck things because of my own lack of confidence that he could possibly find me attractive. :o

He's on his way here now though :)

    Thankyou for the info,

as i said, take him for a beer and relax, you know you're sexy as hell - so does he... ;)

And you know what he was right:rolleyes:

So you are right to still be a little wary hun as am i......think of where we have been......and think of what we want......we shouldnt ( although I know we have:D ) rush headlong into anything without some caution:A

Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

It's a very weird thing - we are so very (VERY) open about pretty much everything - but yet I'm nervous of telling him how insecure I feel, because I feel like it's MY problem, not his.

We started off as platonic friends, so the talking thing isn't an issue really, although it does get lost in the heat of the moment sometimes :rotfl:
I know what you are saying, but if it is a problem for you then it should be his problem too.

I am sure if he is the guy you think he is:j then he will understand completely and help you through it.

My God are we both having an adult relationship? :D

BB  Happy new year hun, thanks for knocking some sense into me lol! Did you have a good evening?

hmmm, it was ok. We put on a Now Music interactive DVD and played it twice, it was a bit of a slow disc, but not too bad (and I won each time :D )

I got a chinese delivered and we munched on that.

Saw NY in, peck on the lips, but nothing more  (not even a proper kiss :( ) and went to bed around 2.

I knocked the tree over when I was turning off the tree lights and one of my glass baubles broke, which I was a bit :( about as I've always looked after them.

OH was being his normal silly self when I tried to get him to go to bed. Twice he fell asleep but refused to come to bed so I just sat there until he gave in :rotfl: I am sick of him sleeping on the sofa every night until around 5.

Snaggles - I'm guessing I don't have to jump on the next train then to come up to 'sort out' D as we discussed........;)
