    Once you have clicked on the "post reply" or "quote" option, then you have, just above where you type, a row of icons. The ones on the far left are B I and U. 6 from the right in this row is an icon which looks a bit like a postcard. Click on this and it says "insert image". Then inset away.

    comes up with URL stuff .... what about image from hard disc ?

    You can't upload from harddrive.

    You need to register to a website like http://photobucket.com/ and upload your picture there and then use the URL link to the image you wish to upload.
