BE WARNED!!! I had an Easymobile SIM that I only ever used a few times early on last year. I'm now receiving calls from debt collection agencies to settle a balance of -£5 .....Easymobile??? more like Difficultmobile... they charge you £5 if you accidently go into a minus balance. In addition to charging you for inactivity they also want to charge you another £5 when you decide to close the account. So much for being a prepay company! They are waste of time and cause more problems than they are worth. Stick with one of the more reputable mobile operators or move to Tesco Mobile where the price is the same as Easy and you get much better service (plus your using the O2 network instead of T-Mobile).0

I've received a letter from a debt collection agency, after easymobile had promised me the problem had been resolved (first June then July). The problem was that they CHARGED me £5 to close an account which had a 1p balance. I followed it up, but basically they did nothing to help. They now tell me the letter was sent out by accident?!?! I wouldn't touch this company again!0

I recommend people steer clear of Easymobile. They charge you to top up, and charge you if you don’t use the phone, there are cheaper and better deals out there. I tried to close my Easymobile account online, when I was just in credit, but there was a problem. I contacted customer services, but they ignore you long enough so you get hit with more charges while waiting for their reply.
They are far from easy.0 -
Avoid easymobile like the plague. There's just too many hidden charges and the free credit is no good when you try and cancel the service. They charge £5 to leave, if you have a negative balance you have to topup first which cost 25p and the minimum top up is £10. :mad:0
